Web payments and refunds

Updated 1 November 2026.

Roomascope’s web preview does not accept payments. Invited test access is free and does not create a subscription. There are no web charges to refund.

Before paid web sales open, we will publish the applicable refund policy and show the price and renewal terms before checkout.

For existing Apple purchases, request a refund through Apple. For other questions, contact [email protected].
